INFO ABOUT SUSPENDED PERFORMANCES
Telecharge has communicated with all ticket holders about tickets for affected performances. Depending on the show, Telecharge customers were either refunded automatically or given the option to exchange for another performance.


SHOWS ON SALE NOW
Many shows have tickets on sale for later in the year, and performance start dates are currently being announced. Visit the Shows page on Telecharge for a list. Box offices are currently closed.

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE
Buy now for any performance through January 17, 2022, and you can either refund your tickets or exchange into any other date, until two hours before the performance. You may exchange an order up to three times and refund once per show per month.

COVID-19 POLICIES AT THE THEATRE
The Shubert Organization is committed to providing healthy and safe facilities for audiences, performers, and staff. Based on CDC and state guidelines at the time of performance, protocols may include mask enforcement, increased cleaning and ventilation/filtration enhancements, vaccination or negative test verification, and more. These are subject to change. Ticket holders who do not comply with venue policies will not be admitted.

BOX OFFICE CUSTOMERS
Box offices are currently closed. If you bought tickets at a box office with a credit card for a suspended performance, your tickets have been refunded. 
If you bought at a box office with cash, please visit the box office for a refund when it reopens. You may also mail in your tickets for a refund to Telecharge, P.O. Box 998, Times Square Station, New York, NY 10108-0998. Be sure to snap a photo of your tickets for your records before mailing them.

As always, if you did not purchase your tickets through Telecharge, please contact your original point of purchase for refund information.
